Additional Notes: *use of Sofa bed £35 per week (to sleep 4 in a 1 bedroom apartment or 5 to 6 persons in a 2 bedroom apartment). Where available Nightly rate for 2 bedroom apartment - £275 per night. Rates exclusive of vat at 17.5%. To book The Apartments they require a deposit of 350 GBP at the time of booking. The Balance is payable on arrival. All credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge (Amex 4%). Cancellation within 21 days of date of arrival is subject to a charge of 3 night's rental or for bookings in excess of 2 weeks a week's charge is applicable - both charges are Plus vat. Prior to 21 days there is no charge.
